In 2007, Tatiana found herself propelled to reinvent her career into the healthcare field after spending five years in hospitality with companies like Carnival Cruise Lines. She discovered a newfound passion for the administrative aspects such as billing and practice management. While working in a wound care center, Tatiana realized that the healthcare industry lacked when it came to the patient services. She has won various awards for process improvement in patient registration insurance verification and reimbursement increase rates. Tatiana has a 98% reimbursement rate with a timeline of seven to 15 days AR return rate. Also, for ten years Tatiana Robles has served multiple roles in physician practices, hospitals, wound care centers, billing, and urgent cares improving their processes to meet their patient satisfaction and financial goals.
